- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆June 30, 2020, by John CreethShopped at market basket for years. Never has a manager on the floor ever said hello. They do not have the courtesy to even look you in the eye. Are they trained that way. All other staff on the floor act the same way. Terrible customer service. Btw. I cannot stand the checkout person saying " have a good one". Can you explain what a good one is? Can't they say have a good day. Other grocery chains have customer service that make you feel good. You should change the culture.
