  Always friendly and helpful. Still handwrite receipts. That could change though. Buy my GMG pellets here. Helpful hint though: Call before you go. There is often just one person manning the shop and if they are late or out for lunch then the shop is locked.

  The owner/installer has got to be the most arrogant prick I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. He is degrading to women and has talked down to me wife on many occasions. Just recently she called to request a service and he made her feel stupid telling her it was her problem not his blah blah. My wife is a two time Iraq veteran and does not deserve to be treated like this. Good luck with this jerk!
